Talent@VCU completion reports for managers
Dear Colleagues:
As you know, Talent@VCU has been implemented as part of the Great Place: HR Redesign. This new system allows managers and employees to work together to set goals, monitor progress and participate in learning opportunities. As we approach the March 20 deadline for employees to complete their required annual Integrity & Compliance and Information Security courses, I want to remind you of the features designed for managers in our new Talent@VCU learning management system.
Employees who have not yet completed either training received at least two email reminders from talentadmin@vcu.edu. Starting this week, managers will also be copied on these reminder emails. As managers, you also have access to check your employee’s completion at any time. I encourage you to use this reporting functionality as a tool to stay updated.
