Please email drgee@vcu.edu with any questions

Like a lawn or garden, your VCU Google account needs regular maintenance to keep things functioning and manageable, and when things start to get out of hand, it can be difficult to know where to start to get back on top.

Over the coming weeks, we invite you to join our summer challenge: “Ramscaping your Google Account.” We’ll go over ways to prune, shear, trim, and maintain your Gmail and Google Drive. By subscribing to the blog and joining our challenge, you will also be in the running for one of the prizes that will be given away over the course of the challenge.

What are the rules and eligibility requirements to win a prize?

To be eligible to win one of the prizes, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Subscribe to our blog at https://blogs.vcu.edu/drgee (see “How do I subscribe to the blog and join the challenge?” below for instructions on how) using your VCU email address ending in @vcu.edu. Personal email addresses are not permitted.
  • You must be a current member of the VCU community (student, faculty, or staff).
  • You must be able to pick up the prize on-campus at VCU.

Additional rules:

  • You are only allowed to win one prize during the duration of the challenge.

How do I subscribe to the blog and join the challenge?

To subscribe to the blog, just click on the “Follow” button on the left side of the screen, enter your VCU email address and then click “Subscribe me!”

You will receive an email asking you to confirm your subscription, which then you will click “Confirm Subscription.”

I have additional questions.

Please email us at drgee@vcu.edu with any questions.
