[Video] VCU Hosts Virginia Software Summit
VCU hosted the Virginia Software Summit on August 11, 2010 on the Monroe Park Campus. Over 70 technology professionals representing public and private higher education institutions in Virginia sat down with software vendors to discuss the state of software licensing in higher education. The summit agenda included a panel discussion and breakout sessions dealing with software licensing challenges that higher education institutions and software vendors share. We sat down with VCU CIO Mark Willis to discuss the summit and the goals for licensing in the future.
