Join VCU Libraries for a special tour of the new Smithsonian exhibit, Futures. Billed as part exhibition, part festival, FUTURES presents nearly 32,000 square feet of new immersive site-specific art installations and so much more.  Once we have explored Futures, we will see the #IfThenSheCan – The Exhibit – a monumental exhibit of 120 3-D printed statues celebrating contemporary women innovators in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).

Space is limited so register early.

When: 11:30 a.m. Friday, March 11

Where: Arts and Industries Building, 900 Jefferson Drive, SW, Washington, DC 20560. Located on the National Mall and a five-minute walk from the Smithsonian Stop (Blue, Orange or Silver line). This is the red building of the Smithsonian.

Cost: Free, but registration is required.
