Canvas Intro and Q&A Sessions Available!
VCU’s transition to Canvas as our primary Learning Management System (LMS) is well underway. Our Blackboard system will be retired June 30, 2021, with all courses using Canvas by fall 2021. We are working diligently to provide a variety of resources and to answer your questions.
We have scheduled several virtual “Canvas Intro and Q&A” sessions for the summer. Each session is the same, so select the one that best fits your schedule. Hosted by Learning Systems in Academic Technologies, these 1-hour sessions will provide a high-level overview for faculty and staff on how to get started with Canvas, followed by Q&A. These sessions are free and no pre-registration is required. The session schedule is located on the VCU Canvas website.
