All VCU Zoom Accounts Licensed
As of today, all VCU Zoom accounts are being issued as “Licensed”. It is no longer necessary for VCU customers to complete a request ticket. Simply log in at vcu.zoom.us with your VCU eID and password to have an account provisioned.
Users still working with a “Basic” account should log out and back in again to get their new “Licensed” credentials. Refer to go.vcu.edu/zoom for more information.
