- Hertz: Hertz applies a slight upcharge for selecting a hybrid vehicle compared to a standard gas-only model. However, this minor fee is officially recognized as an allowable business expense, meaning you can take advantage of the added fuel savings without incurring out-of-pocket expenses or triggering expense compliance flags.

While hybrid models are allowable, company travel guidelines still apply across all bookings:
