Savoring the Selection: A Taste of What’s Possible
Procurement Services welcomed the VCU community on Monday, October 5, to Savoring the Selection: America To Go Vendor Showcase. The afternoon brought together great food, meaningful connections, and an opportunity to explore a variety of catering options available for meetings, programs, and events across VCU.
Guests had the opportunity to meet and sample offerings from 24 America To Go vendors, with a variety of flavors, bites, and menu selections represented throughout the showcase. From savory favorites to creative specialties, vendors brought their best to the table and gave attendees a chance to experience their offerings firsthand.
Adding to the experience, VCU Catering provided a complimentary beverage station along with an assortment of sweet treats — the perfect finishing touch to an afternoon built around tasting, connecting, and discovering.
The showcase gave attendees a chance to connect directly with vendors, ask questions, explore new catering options, and discover possibilities for future meetings, programs, and events across VCU.
And there was one more treat! All showcase attendees were entered into a raffle for prizes generously provided by vendors in attendance.
