Fundraising goal set for 2015-16 fiscal year.
We are moving forward in the Campaign for VCU Libraries and have set a goal to raise $500,000 in new gifts and pledges in FY 2016. This goal represents an increase of more than $200,000 from FY 15.
“With the help of you, our very good friends, we can raise a transformative amount of money this fiscal year, far and beyond our best ever for fundraising,” says University Librarian John E. Ulmschneider.
- Funds are needed to aid in outfitting 93,000 new square feet of space, plus building endowments for The Library of the Future and Special Collections and Archives Funds.
- Equipment gifts in kind will be sought to outfit Innovative Media space with the latest technology.
- Planned gifts are encouraged for our campaign and can be quite helpful to growing much needed endowment support for VCU Libraries.
