President Rao is first to sign the beam
Thanks, President Rao, for being the first to sign the big, VCU gold beam that will be lifted to the top of the new library on Wednesday afternoon.
All in the university community are invited to come to the Compass and sign the beam 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 18.
