Kaltura’s West Coast Data Center maintenance may impact VCU’s instance of Kaltura during this timeframe due to the additional load being placed on their East Coast data center. Thank you!
Categories Kaltura, PrivateWe are reaching out to inform you that a maintenance was scheduled for Oct 21th between 7:00am to 10:00am UTC, on our West Coast Data Center storage system in order to improve performance and stability. During this maintenance, all production traffic (API, KMS, VOD), will be served from our East Coast Data Center, and a short, transient interruption in live stream service is expected while traffic is shifting.
