Kaltura Notice – East Coast Data Center Maintenance
Kaltura’s East Coast Data Center maintenance may impact VCU’s instance of Kaltura during this timeframe.
We are reaching out to inform you that a maintenance on our East Coast Data Center in order to improve performance and stability was scheduled for the following date/time:
Friday, November 9th between 6:00pm to 2:00am EST.
Saturday, November 10th between 2:00pm to 12:00am EST.
Sunday, November 11th TBD based on progress.During this maintenance, all production traffic (API, KMS, VOD), will be served from our West Coast Data Center, and a short, transient interruption in live stream service is expected while traffic is shifting.
