At the VCU 2011 Tech Fair last April we stopped by to talk with Rami Hatoum of the VCU helpIT Center. Need help with your eID? Call VCU helpIT Center. Need help with your computer’s janky hard drive? Walk up to the service counter and they can assist. Wonder how to insert a video into a PowerPoint presentation? Chat them up on live chat. Need to know how to access your VCU email on a mobile device? Email them. Of course, since it is an email question you might need to do that from a desktop or laptop computer.
