Concrete pour set for Tuesday 2 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Trucks will be rumbling in Tuesday in the wee hours for the concrete pour for the floor slab for the new library. The pour will start at 2 a.m. The concrete trucks will be staged on the west side first and then move to the east side. Five hundred cubic yards of concrete will be poured, and the work will be completed by 10 a.m.
Linden Street will be closed from 1 a.m. until 10 a.m.
All operations will be performed on Linden street.
Signage and barricades will be in place along with flagholders to direct students from Park Avenue to the western sidewalk along Linden Street.
This concrete pour was originally announced as scheduled for last Friday.
