Planning an event at VCU involves many moving parts—finding the right space, coordinating with vendors, and following university policies. To support you through that process, we’ve created a new internal website with resources and guidance tailored for VCU staff.

The site includes key steps in event planning, tips for choosing venues and services that accept the PCard, and connections to campus partners who can help.
