MCV Campus parking sale

Due to demand, MCV Campus permits are allocated through a lottery system.

  • Commuter permit selection: Starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 3, students interested in purchasing an MCV Campus commuter permit can log in to apps.parking.vcu.edu/mcvwebsales to indicate their parking preferences. The lottery will remain open until 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 6.
  • Permit award and purchase: If your name is randomly selected, you will receive an email notification on Monday, July 10, with your permit award and a link to purchase it online.
  • Permit purchase window and deadline: The permit purchase window will open on Tuesday, July 11, at 9 a.m. and remain available until Friday, July 14, at 4:30 p.m. Please make sure to accept and purchase your awarded permit within this timeframe to avoid forfeiture.

Unclaimed permits from the lottery will be available for online purchase on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9 a.m. on Monday, July 17. For more details about this process, please visit parking.vcu.edu/parking/students/mcv-campus-sale/.
