Learning Systems has been working with the Wowza & Echo technical support to troubleshoot connectivity errors users are experiencing with the Wowza media server.  We will send an update once we have an ETA for service restoration.

Echo360 Production System will be Unavailable

Echo360 Production system will be unavailable for all functions starting today Friday, June 20th at 1:30pm until 11pm. We have received a hotfix pack from the vendor and will be applying it to the system after upgrading to ESS 5.4. Echo360 Production System will be Unavailable

Echo360 Production system will be unavailable for all functions starting Thursday, June 19th at 1pm until 11pm. Due to errors caused from appliances that retained previous version from ESS 5.4 install, a database repair is needed. All echoes captured during this period will be re-uploaded from appliances or from SAN storage at UCC. 

Echo360 Upgrade Rescheduled

The EchoSystem 5.4 Upgrade will be rescheduled. The database upgraded successfully on Friday, June 13, 2014 but in depth testing of captures uncovered a processing error. Echo360 Lecture Capture Update Planned For Friday (6/13/14)

VCU Technology Services has scheduled an upgrade for the Echo360 lecture capture system beginning at 6 a.m. on Friday, June 13th, 2014. This work is expected to last approximately 24 hours.
