Echo360 Service Maintenance – Planned Outage
Echo360 Hosting Operations is performing scheduled datacenter maintenance on January 29 and 30, 2014. Maintenance activities will occur in your region according to the times stated below and should be completed within four hours.
The maintenance affects all customers using EchoCenter Analytics, Student Aggregate and Student Activity Reporting and EchoPlayer Chat, Discussions and Bookmarks. During this scheduled downtime, these specific features will not work. However, all other parts of the EchoSystem including lecture capture and playback will continue to work as normal.
Echo360 will be updating the system to fix a known issue in relation to slow analytic database queries.
