Echo360 Lecture Capture Update Planned For Friday (6/13/14)
VCU Technology Services has scheduled an upgrade for the Echo360 lecture capture system beginning at 6 a.m. on Friday, June 13th, 2014. This work is expected to last approximately 24 hours. During this time, the entire Echo360 environment will be unavailable. Services that will be unavailable include scheduled or ad-hoc capturing activities, playback or editing of captures, access and connectivity between Echo appliances, the media processors, admin interface, etc. Please contact the VCU helpIT Center (828-2227, helpIT@vcu.edu) with any questions.
