Blackboard Collaborate 12 recording conversion and streaming service and SAS 5.6 coming soon!
We are pleased to announce the Blackboard CollaborateTM 12 recording conversion and streaming service and SAS 5.6. The recording conversion and streaming service allows enterprise and departmental-licensed Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing customers to easily convert Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing recordings to MP3 and MP4 formats. Using this service, instructors can quickly and conveniently make any recorded sessions easier to access on virtually any device.
SAS updates will take place on Saturday, January 26, 2013 at 22:00 to Sunday, January 27, 2013 at 0:200 US Eastern (UTC -5:00). During this time, please expect SAS to be unavailable.
