Production Echo360 Service Pack Upgrade Successful
The critical update for production Echo360 system is complete with only a few minor issues.
There was an issue with SON1009 appliance, it was idle prior to the upgrade, but an adhoc capture was started after 4pm and this appliance remains overdue. I will have to undo the jetty configuration for disabling SSLv3 to try to recover this appliance and then disable SSLv3 again after appliance recovers.
I found one issue with Live streams. The recording of presence and text messaging did not work and LS will investigate this with support. The live streams themselves were available and published to EchoCenter.
