Echo360 mysql database upgrade – Service Interruption Expected
On Friday, November 7th, 2014, between the hours of 06:30 am to 07:30 am EDT, the production Echo360 system will be unavailable during the upgrade of the database. You can still do Adhoc captures, but will not be able to log into the ESS user-interface. Viewing of echoes will be spotty (on and off) during this period.
