ITCC Lunch & Learn: Prioritizing Your Professional Development
On November 5th, 2020 Samara Reynolds, Director of VCU Career Services, led the “Prioritizing Your Professional Development: How to intentionally grow and thrive at work”.
This session focused on reflecting upon your professional values, interests, and priorities, and considering how you can be happiest in your work life. In addition, the discussion focused upon strategies for fairly assessing your current role and its potential for growth, and setting goals for professional development within your own department and at VCU.
