ITCC Lunch & Learn: IT Governance
On November 18th, 2020 Corie Forrest & Sean Mays led a session on IT Governance at VCU. This presentation focused on VCU’s centralized IT Governance process that promotes compliance with state and federal regulations, mitigates risk, and aligns technology investments with institutional strategy. The presentation provides resources available to the VCU community including procurement planning best practices, templates, proposal thresholds, required documents, and more.
