What tools helped you the most when you started out?
As a self-funded business, marketing via social media was imperative to gaining visibility and clientele.
What was the biggest challenge to maintaining your business?
Gaining visibility outside of social networking sites.
What advice do you have for people considering starting a business?
Be open-minded. Find a qualified mentor. Always keep the passion and the reason(s) for starting your business at the forefront of your mind, because challenges will arise. Remembering your why during those tough times will give you the fuel to keep pushing!
