Thanks to everyone who attended our seminar on best practices for securing your Zoom meetings. It was great to be able to share some tips, review some features and take your questions.
If you were unable to attend, the recording is now available for viewing. If you did view the webinar but were just interested in reviewing a particular topic, be sure to take advantage of Zoom’s handy, searchable transcription feature to jump straight to the segment you want.

We hope the information shared will be helpful to you in your future meetings. Don’t forget to update your software early, and remember after May 30 — this coming Saturday — you will be unable to join or start Zoom meetings unless you’re running Version 5.0 or higher.

Tried to view the recording but this message displayed “You cannot view this recording.- No permission.” I’m logged into zoom (vcu.zoom.us). Any suggestions?
The recording was originally restricted to VCU users, but it’s been opened up to the public, now. Let me know if you’re still having issues with it.
