Portfolio Support
SOM Faculty using Portfolio will be supported by:
- their departmental portfolio champions,
- portfolio assistants, and
- comprehensive resources and guides available at http://go.vcu.edu/somportfoliohelp
Faculty can identify their portfolio champion on this website, find helpful training videos, and locate answers to frequently asked questions about the system. They can also email somportfoliohelp@vcuhealth.org for support.
From January 2022 through December 2022, resources were provided that enabled faculty to request two (2) hours of data entry support to update their CV and activity data in Portfolio. Going forward, faculty will continue to be supported in their use of Portfolio; however, data entry support from the SOM Office of Faculty Affairs for individual faculty will be discontinued effective March 28, 2023.
Remember, any previous profile and CV data from ePortfolio and FARES has been automatically transferred to the new Portfolio system. You can find a list of what was transferred here.
