Portfolio Champions
Portfolio Champions (PCs) serve to support departmental faculty use of Portfolio as it relates to updating activities, publications and scholarship, and evaluations. PCs are departmental administrators and select faculty.
The PC department administrators can assist with:
- providing an initial overview of the system
- adding MCVP faculty accounts
- updating faculty CV data
The PC departmental faculty can assist with:
- answering questions about specific profile and activity data
- addressing issues as it relates to Portfolio and the P&T process
- guiding faculty through the process of preparing for evaluation
