Portfolio – Phase 2 (Evaluation)

We are excited to announce that Phase 2 (Evaluations) will roll out to all faculty beginning on June 1^st, 2023.

The Profile and Activities (Phase 1) sections of your Portfolio account must be completed by May 31^st, 2023. 

For Clinical Faculty:  Enter activities completed to date (i.e., 1/1/22 thru 6/30/23), and those planned through this June (NOTE: 1/1/22 thru 6/30/23 is longer than the norm due to the first time using Portfolio for evaluations).

For Teaching & Research:  Enter activities for FY23 (7/1/22 thru 6/30/23). 

These sections are necessary to properly complete the self-evaluation and supervisor evaluation.

If you need help with your profile and/or activity sections, we have a few options:

1. Attend a training session on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 12:00 PM-1:00 PM
