What’s New on the Controller’s Office Website? 🌐Helpful Pages, Updates & More
We’ve made some helpful updates to the VCU Controller’s Office website to make it easier for you to find the information and support you need. Here’s what’s new:
🟡 New “Contact Us” Page
Not sure who to reach out to? Our new Contact Us page brings together key contacts from the Controller’s Office, Grants and Contracts Accounting, and Payroll Services — all organized by topic. You’ll find it under the About Us section, plus there’s a quick link at the top of the site next to the search bar.
🟡 FAQs Now Live
We’ve added a Frequently Asked Questions page to answer the questions we hear the most. It’s a great first stop if you’re looking for quick info — and yep, there’s a link near the site’s search feature to make it easy to find.
🟡 Fringe Benefit Rates Update
Fringe rates for FY 2026 aren’t available yet — they’re typically finalized in the fall. As soon as we have them, we’ll update the site. In the meantime, you can still view the FY 2025 rates under Cost Analysis > Fringe Benefit Rates.
