Important parking updates and winter closing schedule
As the winter holiday approaches, we want to provide you with some important updates regarding our closing schedule and reciprocal parking hours.
Winter closing schedule:
- The Monroe Park Campus parking office will be closed on Friday, December 22. The MCV Campus parking office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on this day.
- In observance of VCU’s winter closing, both customer service offices will be closed from Friday, December 22 (MCV office closes at 11:30 a.m.), through Monday, January 1.
- Regular office hours will resume on Tuesday, January 2.
During this period, if you have any parking-related needs, please contact us before the closure to ensure prompt assistance.

Reciprocal Parking Updates:
Starting Monday, January 1, reciprocal parking hours will be updated.
- Reciprocal parking will be extended to 8 a.m. in unrestricted lots (currently 2 a.m. for students and 7 a.m. for employees).
- Students will be able to park in D Deck until 8 a.m. (currently 2 a.m.).
