On Monday, November 7, a widespread system issue with Banner was identified, preventing the successful implementation of the MCV Campus parking lottery. This issue has impacted multiple departments, and a resolution date has not yet been identified.

Due to the strain this issue has placed on spring parking sales, we have decided to suspend sales until the problem is resolved. All lottery preferences will be reset to ensure an equitable MCV Campus sales process for everyone. If you previously submitted your parking preferences on Monday, Nov. 7, via email or through the online parking portal, you will need to resubmit them online during the new sales period.

The new launch date for the MCV Campus parking lottery will be announced in the coming weeks ahead. Additionally, should this issue persist beyond next week, we will reschedule the Monroe Park Campus sale, originally scheduled for Wednesday, November 30. Please continue to monitor VCU Parking and Transportation’s website and social media channels for the latest updates related to parking sales.
