Blackboard – Inline Grading with New Box View – RESOLVED

We have received the following notice from Blackboard: Clients are currently reporting issues with inline grading. Box is currently working on the issues with the tool.

Blackboard Cloud Connector Issue – RESOLVED

We have received the following notice from Blackboard: Blackboard is experiencing issues with Cloud Connector that is affecting Box View, SafeAssign, and third party B2’s that require cloud access. Engineers are working on this and clients are beginning to see the issue is resolved.

Blackboard Login Timeout Issue – Resolved

Blackboard is experiencing login timeout issues this morning. Academic Technologies is working with the vendor and VCU identity management teams. Thank you for your patience! Please check back for any updates. UPDATE: This issue has been resolved. If you continue to have an issue with logging into Blackboard, please enter a Help Request ticket.
