Blackboard Mobile App Partial Outage – January 8th, 2019
NOTE: This problem has already been resolved, however we want to make Blackboard Mobile users aware that the issue occurred. Issue was resolved as of 7:00am EST on January 9th, 2019. Root cause is being investigated.
Users of the Blackboard and Blackboard Instructor mobile apps are currently unable to search for their institutions. Users with existing sessions or cached search results are not affected.
