VCU Wireless Network Connection Issues

Due to our current wireless network issue, employees may need to use a VPN connection to access some online resources they would usually be able to access. This will only be needed until the current authentication issue is resolved.
Please communicate any concerns or questions related to this issue to the IT Support Center via email at itsc@vcu.edu or telephone at 828-2227 who will ensure that the team working on this issue is aware.
