Blackboard patch to resolve purging disabled courses

Blackboard Managed Hosting will apply a patch to resolve the issue where we are unable to purge disabled courses on Production Blackboard.
This update will begin on Wednesday, October 7th, 2015 at 2:00am and should be completed by 2:30am. This update is being done without taking the system completely offline, so no interruption in service is expected.
