Blackboard Datacenter Maintenance – Service Interruption Possible
On Friday, January 30th, 2015, between the hours of 12:00am to 06:00 am EDT, the Managed Hosting Infrastructure Team will perform infrastructure maintenance on the VA datacenters.
UPDATE – This maintenances involves upgrading of the Managed Hosting email relay servers, thereby impacting email service during this maintenance window. As a result, email will not function. Also note that Email sent by users during the maintenance window will not be queued for later processing. Unfortunately there is no in screen alert to end users that email will not function during this time.
