We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of Blackboard Collaborate™ 12.5.2 for Blackboard Collaborate 12 and 12.5.1 customers.
When will the update take place?
Begin Time: Saturday, August 3, 2013 10:00 PM (US Eastern / GMT-4)
End Time: Sunday, August 4, 2013 2:00 AM (US Eastern / GMT-4)
Affected Users: Users that have sessions scheduled in Blackboard Collaborate Web Conferencing V12 during this time.
Details: During the upcoming maintenance, Blackboard Collaborate will be upgrading customers from Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing V12 to Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing V12.5.2.
