Bb Collaborate service notification – Web Conferencing
We received the following bulletin from Blackboard:
As part of our continuing effort to improve the reliability of our service, we will be renumbering the IP addresses of our North American hosted Web Conferencing (sas.elluminate.com) services on March 2, 2013 during our regularly scheduled maintenance window.
Scheduled downtime:
Please expect SAS, Web Conferencing and Elluminate Live! to be intermittently unavailable during the following times:
Start: Saturday, March 2, 2013 at 10:00 PM US Eastern (GMT-5)
End: Sunday, March 3, 2013 at 6:00 AM US Eastern (GMT-5)
Although our standard maintenance window is scheduled from 10:00 PM until 6:00 AM, we expect to be completed by 4:00 AM.
Who is affected:
During the scheduled maintenance, users will be unable to access Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing, SAS and Elluminate Live! hosted sessions and recordings from the North American hosting data center.
