3:30pm Blackboard has notified us that the access issue with Bb Mobile Learn has been resolved.

Blackboard has notified us that they are currently experiencing an
outage with Bb Mobile Learn. The problem has been identified and they are working to resolve the issue as soon as
possible.
Please note that Blackboard is still available, and it is only access to Bb Mobile Learn that is affected. Mobile users can still access https:\\blackboard.vcu.edu via their browser.
