Abdullah Alawadhi, D.D.S. (D.D.S. ’15/D)

Dr. Alawadhi is from Kuwait. He attended VCU for both undergraduate and dental school. After receiving his D.D.S., he went back to Kuwait to practice for two years. He completed AEGD residency program at VCU before joining the endodontics residency program. He enjoys spending time with family, playing tennis, and watching soccer games.

Brian Hone, D.D.S. (D.D.S. ’13/D)

Dr. Hone and his family moved to Richmond from Idaho so he could attend the endodontic residency program at VCU.  After earning his D.D.S. degree at VCU, he completed a one-year AEGD program and was in private practice for six years. He and his wife Danielle and children McKay, Camryn and Tanner are really excited to be back in Richmond. They love the area and all it has to offer including hiking, biking, skiing and playing golf.

Christina Martin

Dr. Christina Martin grew up on a farm in Bellbrook, Ohio.  She attended Clemson University for her undergraduate education, the Medical University of South Carolina for dental school, and completed a GPR program at the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill.  She is here at VCU to study endodontics and looks forward to exploring Richmond.

Nathan Sprenger

Dr. Nathan Sprenger grew up in Haven, a small farming town in the middle of Kansas. He graduated from dental school at the University of Colorado, then worked primarily with children as a general dentist in Tucson, Arizona, before joining the team at VCU. He enjoys spending as much time outdoors as possible, particularly discovering new hiking trails. He has been married to his college sweetheart for nearly 20 years and has two beautiful girls, ages 15 and 11.
