After another long day of troubleshooting, I believe we have found a stable solution to our issue.  We have tested multiple central devices that have remained stable for the better part of the day.  Given the nature of the previous issue (not presenting itself immediately all the time), we are monitoring these devices closely for the rest of the evening to verify the stability remains.  We are optimistic that we will be able to begin deploying this fix first thing tomorrow across the rest of the system.  The process needed to apply the current fix is a very manual process, requiring remotely accessing each device and modifying specific configuration files locally.  While we monitor today, the manufacturer is evaluating the most efficient method to deploy this tomorrow.  Given the size of our campus deployment (125 units), it could take the better part of a day and a half to complete using the current process.  We are hopeful that a more efficient process will be available tomorrow so we can put this behind us.
