VCU Health’s mission statement clearly sets our goals for us as a place dedicated to providing high-quality care to all who come to us seeking care and treatment:

And, an environment that is respectful is the only way we can be successful in our work to educate, treat, heal and comfort. This applies to our colleagues, students, patients and their caregivers. Simply put, this applies to all members of humanity.
