The Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k will take place on Saturday, April 23. The race will begin on Broad and N. Harrison streets and conclude near Franklin and Shafer streets. As one of the larger races in Richmond, heavy traffic is expected throughout the day, and road closures will be implemented, beginning on Thursday, April 21.

Parking impacts:
On Saturday, April 23, the EE Lot, West Broad Street Deck and Laurel Street Deck may be inaccessible from 5 a.m. to 5 p.m.  During these times, EE Lot, West Broad Street Deck, Laurel Street Deck and MCV Campus subscribers who will need to park on the Monroe Park Campus may utilize the Bowe Street Deck, located at 609 Bowe Street. Impacted subscribers will be able to utilize this facility from 5 p.m. on Friday, April 22, until midnight on Sunday, April 24.

Your hangtag permit or VCU ID card will grant you deck access. If you encounter issues when entering or exiting the deck, please press the “i” button, located on the entrance/exit lane reader, for further assistance.
