In observance of VCU’s winter closing, RamRide service will be suspended from Thursday, Dec. 23 through Friday, Dec. 31

Alternate parking arrangements:

From Dec. 23-31, subscribers should park in the following alternate parking locations:

  • O Lot subscribers should park in N Deck.
  • A Lot (Oliver Hill) subscribers may park in D Deck or continue to park in A Lot (RamRide will not be provided).  
  • A Lot at Main St. Station and Coliseum Deck subscribers may utilize Eighth St. Deck or continue to park in your assigned location (RamRide will not be provided).

Your hangtag permit and/or VCU ID card will allow you access into your alternate deck during these times. If you encounter issues entering or exiting the deck, please press the “i” button for assistance. 

RamRide will resume service as normal on Monday, Jan. 3, and subscribers should park in their assigned locations during this time.

Customer service offices:

VCU Parking and Transportation customer service offices will close from Dec. 23-31 in accordance with the university’s winter closing.
