The online permit sale process to secure commuter parking for the spring 2022 semester will begin Tuesday, November 9, on the MCV Campus and Wednesday, December 1, on the Monroe Park Campus.

MCV Campus parking sale

Due to demand, MCV Campus permits are sold via a lottery system.

  • Beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 9, all students interested in purchasing an MCV Campus commuter permit will be able to log in to apps.parking.vcu.edu/mcvwebsales to select their parking preferences. The lottery will close at 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 11.
  • If your name is randomly selected, you will receive an email notification on Monday, Nov. 15, with your award and a link to purchase your permit online on Tuesday, Nov. 16, at 9 a.m.
  • Recipients have until Monday, Nov. 22 at 9 a.m. to accept and purchase their awarded permit before forfeiture.

Any unclaimed permits from the lottery will be sold online on a first-come, first-served basis at 9 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 22. You can find additional information regarding this process at parking.vcu.edu/parking/students/mcv-campus-sale/.
