Friday, Feb. 19 parking/transportation impacts
Due to the inclement weather, A Lot, M Lot, R Lot, and O Lot will be closed on tomorrow, Feb. 19, and RamRide service will be unavailable at these locations.
On Friday, Feb. 19, A/O/R/M Lot subscribers should park in the following locations:
- A Lot subscribers should park in Eighth St. Deck or N Deck. If preferred, subscribers can continue to park in the A Lot; however, RamRide service will not be available.
- O Lot subscribers should park in Eighth St. Deck.
- R Lot subscribers should park in Eighth St. Deck or N Deck.
- M Lot subscribers should park in D Deck.
RamRide will continue to service the Eighth St. Deck and Coliseum Deck stops as normal.
Your hangtag permit and/or VCU ID card will allow you access to your alternate parking location. In the event you encounter issues entering or exiting the deck, please press the “i” button for assistance.
Additionally, VCU Parking and Transportation customer service offices will remain closed tomorrow, Feb. 19.
RamRide service will not be provided on Feb. 18, and will resume the evening of Feb. 19, pending safe road conditions.
GRTC will operate normal routes on Friday, beginning service on time. Customers are strongly cautioned to prepare for service delays Friday, especially in the morning. GRTC will be monitoring conditions and may require detours on certain routes, including from tree damage or low-hanging power lines blocking roads. If Snow Routes are needed, GRTC will update the public.
