RamSafe service will resume on Saturday, August 1 at 5 p.m. The service will continue to operate from 5 p.m. until 8 a.m. daily and remains available to all VCU and VCU Health System students and employees. RamSafe will travel cross-campus, beginning at midnight.

COVID-19 safety measures

To help mitigate the spread of infection, we are making several adjustments to our operations. All RamSafe vehicles will operate at fifty percent capacity and passengers must wear protective face masks upon boarding and while riding. Hand sanitizer will be made available at the front of the bus. Requestors are encouraged to incorporate additional time in your commute to account for possible delays related to reduced occupancy. Guest passes will be suspended at this time.

Requesting a ride
As a reminder, RamSafe requests can be placed at ramsafe.vcu.edu or on the RamSafe mobile app. Changes to requests can be made by calling the RamSafe dispatcher at 828-SAFE (7233).
