Candidates for the Goldwater Scholarship (https://goldwater.scholarsapply.org/) should be rising sophomores or juniors who intend to pursue a career in research in one of the STEM disciplines. Serious candidates will have strong grades and research experience. Goldwater candidates must be US citizens or permanent residents.

Candidates for the Fulbright Scholarship (http://us.fulbrightonline.org) should be rising seniors, graduating seniors, graduate students, or recent alumni, who are interested in studying, conducting research, or teaching English abroad during the 2016-2017 academci year (or later). Candidates for the NSF Graduate Research Fellowship (GRF) (http://www.nsfgrfp.org) should be rising seniors, graduating seniors, or first-year graduate students who will be enrolled in research-based graduate programs in 2016-2017. Serious candidates will be focused on research careers in one of the disciplines supported by NSF.
