The Carnegie Endowment for International Peace is an organization dedicated to advancing cooperation between nations and promoting active international engagement by the United States through global think tanks. Each year, the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace offers 8-10 fellowships under the Junior Fellows Program. These fellowships are intended for uniquely qualified graduating seniors and individuals who have graduated in the past academic year. Carnegie Junior Fellows work as research assistants to the Endowment’s senior associates. The projects for the 2012-2013 fellowships involved a wide range of topics including Democracy, Russian Studies, Nuclear Policy, and Middle East Studies. These fellowships are paid ($3,000/month), full-time positions that last one year and include a full benefits package. The application deadline is January 15, 2013 with interviews for selected applicants occurring between February and early March. Final selections are made by March 31, 2013 and all fellowships begin August 1, 2013.
